Autonomous Pivot Privacy Notice

Welcome to Autonomous Pivot, an artificial intelligence-driven platform for agricultural irrigation systems, provided through our website at and our mobile application (collectively, the “Service”).
This Privacy Notice (the "Notice") describes the personal information that Autonomous Pivot Ltd. ("Autonomous Pivot”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects and processes through the Service. It also describes the rights and options available to users of our Service with respect to their personal information.


Information we collect when you register to the Service.
When you register to the Service and create a user account, you will be asked to provide information such as your name, country of residence, email address and phone number (“Registration Information”). The mandatory fields for completion will be marked as such. You may also register using your Facebook or Google account, in which case we will fetch the above information as available from your Facebook or Google account.


  • We will use the Registration Information to create your account, verify your identity, contact you with administrative messages, send you marketing offers and targeted marketing campaigns regarding our products and services, remember your preferences and allow you easier access to your account.

Information you provide when you pay for the Service.

When you pay for the Service, your payment information, such as bank account information and billing address, will be collected by us or the distributor, reseller or other partner of Autonomous Pivot from whom you have purchased access to the Service (“Payment Information”).

  • We will share your information with our service providers.


We will share your personal information with our service providers who assist us with the internal operations of the Services.

  • We will share your information with our distributors, resellers and other partners.

  • If you have purchased your access to the Service through a distributor, reseller or other partner of Autonomous Pivot, we will share your personal information, such as your name, phone number and information regarding your use of the Service, with such distributor, reseller or other partner.

  • We will share your information with competent authorities, if you abuse your right to use the Service, or violate any applicable law.

If you abuse your rights to use the Service, or violated any applicable law, we may share your information with competent authorities and with third parties (such as legal counsels and advisors), for the purpose of handling the violation or breach.

We will share your information if we are required to disclose your information by a judicial, governmental or regulatory authority. 


  • We will share your Information with third-parties in the event of a change in Autonomous Pivot’s structure.

If the operation of the Services is organized within a different framework, or through another legal structure or entity (such as due to a merger or acquisition), we will share your information only as required to enable the structural change in the operation of the Services.


Cookies are text files, comprised of small amount of data, that are saved on your computer or other device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, etc.) when you use the internet and visit various websites.
The information that the cookies maintain is read by the website you visit, during the session of your visit to the website (these are called ‘session’ cookies), and when you return to visit it again (these are called ‘persistent’ cookies). 

We use cookies in the operation of the Service and to collect Analytical Information. We also use techniques called web beacons and web pixels for purposes similar to the use of cookies.

The Services are not directed to users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information or data from children under the age of 18 or knowingly allow children under the age of 18 to use the Services.
